Intercom

The Userflow-Intercom integration enables you to use your Intercom Help Center articles in Userflow.

Example use cases

• Train your Userflow AI Assistant based on Intercom articles.
• Search for Intercom articles in your Userflow resource center.

Setup

1. Sign into Userflow.
2. Make sure the correct Userflow environment is selected in the top-right corner of the screen.
3. Go to Settings → Integrations.
4. Click Add integration.
5. Click Intercom.
6. Click Add Intercom.
7. Click Connect with Intercom.
8. Choose your desired Intercom workspace in the top-right of the popup window that opens.
9. Click Authorize access.
