A user is considered active if they visit your app where Userflow is installed within the last 1 month. This count is a rolling window, not fixed to specific calendar months. For example, if today is the 15th of April, we're looking at user activity from the 16th of March to today. So, if you have 10,000 users in your database and 6,000 of them signed into your app in the past 1 month, then you have 6,000 MAUs.
In rare cases, where your users average more than 1,000 events each (less than 1% of our customers reach this), MAUs will be calculated as the total number of events divided by 1,000.
You can add additional bundles of 5,000 MAUs at $80/month on annual billing or $100/mo on monthly billing. Additional MAU bundles above 100,000 MAUs are discounted by 50%.
