Inspect used AI Assistant sources

The AI Assistant analytics just became even more powerful.

You can now inspect which sources the AI assistant used to generate its answer. This is great for analyzing how you should improve your source data by e.g. adding additional articles to a knowledge base in order to give even better answers in the future.

Simply go to the AI Assistant's Analytics tab -> Click on a conversation -> Click the Inspect message icon.

AI Assistant inspect

A dialog will appear where you can see the sources it used to generate the answer. The green checkmark shows if the specific source was cited in the answer.

AI Assistant inspect result

Based on this you can either improve the existing sources or add additional source data if needed.

For those looking to ensure high quality responses, we offer an upgraded AI engine with twice the space for source content at a extra cost. Reach out to our support team for more info on this.

Enjoy!
